Refund policy

Returns at Grutto Design:

  • Return within 30 days
  • Free return of socks in NL
  • Refund within 14 days
  • Easy return registration

If you cancel the agreement, we will refund the purchase price (including standard shipping costs) as soon as possible, but no later than 14 days after cancellation. We may wait with the refund until we have received the items, or you have provided proof that you have returned the items, whichever comes first.

All prepaid goods can be returned to us within 30 days. This is possible if the items are unused, in their original condition, and have the original labels. The same return conditions apply to sale items.

Trying on items is, of course, allowed. Labels and tags may only be removed if this prevents you from trying on or evaluating the item. If you want to return the item, make sure not to dirty it and return it in its original condition and packaging.

To return an item, please register it via email or our return form. In response, you will receive a return label from us. This should be printed and attached to the envelope or package. Once we receive and inspect the product, we will determine whether you will receive a refund and/or whether the product will be returned to you. Once the returned product is approved, the purchase amount (including standard shipping costs) will be refunded within 14 business days. If the returned product is rejected, it will be sent back to you. Products with visible signs of use or damaged original packaging cannot be accepted for return. In this case, we will return the product to you.

Exchanges not possible
We have chosen not to offer exchanges. This is because we can only ship the correct product once we have received the returned product, which would cause an unnecessary delay for the correct product to be sent.

The solution:
You return the old product via the return procedure and immediately place a new order for the correct product, which you will pay for again. We will ship this new order to you right away, so you’ll have it quickly.

The outstanding amount of your return will be refunded within 14 business days after we have received and processed your return.
